Highly recommend virtual training with Andre. I had been an “in studio” client and was concerned about getting the same level of training going to remote sessions. I like it better! Less prep to get to and from the gym. Puts time back in my day. Andre makes sure you have the gear you need and still provides detailed coaching so you get the most benefit from your workout.
